About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding dining experiences while supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious culinary professional ready to showcase their leadership skills and creative flair.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and leading the culinary team
  • Supervising food preparation and cooking to maintain exceptional quality and consistency
  • Upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in line with regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to menu development and recipe innovation
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff in advanced culinary techniques
  • Managing inventory and supplier relationships efficiently
  • Monitoring kitchen performance and resolving operational challenges
  • Creating a positive, collaborative working environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record of professional chef experience (Sous Chef experience highly desirable)
  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Expertise in food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
