About the Role
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our client's guests. You'll play a key role in menu development, kitchen operations, and leading their team to maintain the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and service
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Assist with menu planning and development using seasonal, local produce
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage stock control and ordering
- Step up in the Head Chef's absence
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a quality kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Competitive salary of £38,000
- Additional £2,000 in tips
- Currently 48 hours over 5 days, with plans to transition to a 44-hour week over 4 days
