Sous Chef St Ives near Cambridgeshire., £30,000, plus bonus, Tips and live in available
Due to the reopening of my clients venue, after a full and extensive refurbishment, I am looking for a Sous chef to join a team of talented chefs to bolster the offering and standards at this award winning rosette standard restaurant, & function venue just outside St Ives Cambridgeshire.
This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking to work with a diverse range of menus, ingredients and customer requirements.
My client is a stunning restaurant operating across a large dining area and 2 acre beer garden restaurant. Their menu specialises on local fresh in season produce, changing weekly, to give the best variety to the customers.
The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop.
As well as a great salary package of up to £30,000, plus tips, overtime, this role offers a great rota, a great pension, possible Live in, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.
This role would suit you if you come from a high volume premium gastro pub, rosette or banqueting background
