At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sous Chef.
The client is a destination restaurant just outside Guildford in Surrey serving traditional English dishes using all fresh local produce.
You will be an experienced Sous Chef used to working a variety of shifts covering breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner alongside a busy events and wedding business.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stock takes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
The business is very popular with locals, regulars and destination customers, as well as business guests.
