At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join a beautiful family run garden centre. This role comes at a very exciting time for the Business, due to new catering operations recently opening and growth plans for the future. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team instrumental in delivering excellent service a varied demographic of customers.
My client is looking for a passionate, energetic and driven candidate, with excellent personal skills and attention to detail.
Reporting to the restaurant management team, you will supervise the team on duty ensuring excellent standards of service, cleanliness & attention to detail, being a point of contact for junior members of the FOH team and leading by example, demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
Earning a salary of up to £23,000 with no nights and a fair share of weekends off, this is a great role for a candidate with a passion for food and customer service
