I am looking for an entraprunerial Restaurant Manager to take the reigns of a stunning Thai restaurant in the heart of Cambridge.
As Restaurant manager you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant operates effeciently and profitably without compromising on standards and level of service.
You will, with your management team be allowed a high level of autonomy in the running of the business, and have a good understanding of P&L and wage control as well as stock takes & GPS.
My client are part of a small family ran national chain, who have excellent training and coaching plans in place as well as a dedicated sales and marketing team ensuring you every tool you need to be a success
As the Restaurant Manager you will lead from the front in everything you do, ensuring excellent standards of service & cleanliness, whilst ensuring your restaurant is a fun & Vibrant place to work and visit
As well as a great salary of up to £45,000 my client offers an industry leading bonus scheme paid every 2 months plus great tips and access to an amazing benefits package
