We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our family-run deli bistro in the bustling town of Newmarket. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the General Manager in daily operations
- Ensuring the highest standard of service is consistently provided to customers
- Managing, training, and motivating our team to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Maintaining inventory and cost control measures to ensure profitability
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced dining environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficient in customer service, committed to providing high-quality experiences
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food safety regulations
