We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant situated within our stunning boutique hotel. This role is an opportunity to be part of a small, family-run group, where team collaboration, excellent service and a commitment to quality are valued above all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the 2AA Rosette restaurant
- Developing, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team
- Driving exceptional customer service experiences
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to provide the highest quality culinary experience
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fine dining environment
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences
- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software
- Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and best food hygiene practices
- 2AA Rosette or equivalent experience preferred
