Select Hospitality are proud to be working with this stunning Destination Restaurant near Saffron Walden who are looking for a General Manager to oversee the running their family run destination business.
If you are looking to work for a true independent business working closely with the owners & directors, serving some of the best local produce, gins, wines and beers then this is the role for you
As General Manager you will live and breath customer service, have a great attention to detail, and a never say no attitude. Since taking over in 2018 this award winning restaurant has doubled trade, focusing on traditional English quality dishes with a twist, with further plans to grow and develop more.
Due to the nature of the business it is essential that you are happy working evenings, weekends and bank holidays to ensure the business is run correctly
You will come from a fresh food background with an entrepreneurial flair, and will be able to use your experience and knowledge to drive the business forward. The owners of this business will fully back you both financially & in terms of marketing support and team training to ensure you are able to get the best results for the business
Due to location you will need to have a driving licence
As well as a great salary of up to £35,000, this role offers great tips and industry leading bonus, as well as great benefits and perks platform and pension
