Do you enjoy talking to people? Love helping people find work? Our Coventry based client is looking for an exceptionally organised and dynamic resourcing assistant to support them with their recruitment.
You'll be bringing your experience of recruitment to make sure you bring the best candidates to the business. If you've come from a telesales or customer service background, you'll be well placed to communicate with potential candidates on the phone so get involved with an ever changing and exciting sector.
Working as part of a small team, you will be:
Responding to staffing requirements by using your quick-thinking brain to analyse who you need.
Talking to candidates matching them to the right jobs, ensuring they understand the process and feel supported.
Updating systems & databases with relevant data to provide reports on how recruitment is going.
Ensuring and maintaining compliance so that our client maintains their supportive and caring environment.
