She is an unparalleled recruiter in the field of Human Resources and she has assisted businesses across Northamptonshire and the surrounding region develop their HR & Office Support teams. A few things that may surprise you about Eileen – she used to play the Trombone, managing to leave it numerous times on the school bus! She played Netball regularly until her mid 30’s and was a qualified umpire. Eileen then turned her attentions to football, passed her Level 1 Coaching and ran a girls team from U8 – 16 years old. As if that wasn't enough, she then moved onto Women's football both involving her daughter; was a qualified referee up until 2 years ago and was Chair of the local Women's and Girl's Football league for over 16 years.
