Eileen is one of the most experienced recruiters at Select, with over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources and Office Support recruitment. She has helped businesses across Northamptonshire and the surrounding region develop their teams, with her invaluable experience enabling her to read trends and offer strategic recruitment solutions. Many of her candidates have become clients over the years, testament to her exceptional service and relationship-building skills.

Throughout her career, Eileen has set up specialist divisions, fostered company growth, and witnessed the evolution of both Northampton and the industry whilst maintaining her original passion for recruitment. She bridges the gap between traditional values and modern technologies, striving to exceed expectations and provide an unrivalled recruitment experience.

Outside of work, Eileen has led an impressively active sporting life—from playing trombone (frequently left on the school bus!) to netball and qualified umpiring. She later moved into football, earning her Level 1 Coaching qualification and running a girls' team from U8-16. Her football involvement continued with women's football, where she served as a qualified referee and Chair of the local Women's and Girls' Football league for over 16 years.​
