I am looking for an experienced Pub Manager to take over the running of a stunning destination wet & food pub near Cambridge.
The business is a traditional busy local pub, serving traditional Gastro food as well as an excellent range of draught & craft beers, wines and spirits. Ideally you will have a good understanding of cellar management to ensure that all beer and beverages are served in excellent condition.
You will have experience in managing a large team ensuring all training, coaching & mentoring is carried out.
The role offers a great salary of £40,000 with live in on site, plus a range of additional benefits
Due to the nature of the role you will work a varied shift pattern including weekends & Bank Holidays, and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.
You will report to the owner of the business, overseeing the running of the business. However the owner is looking for an entrepreneurial manager allowing them to take a backseat. You will be tasked with the training and coaching of up to 10 junior members of the FOH team and leading by example, demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
