To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Previous experience – ideally as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef in a high-quality kitchen
- A passion for cooking – and a big sense of humour!
- Calm under pressure – busy service? No problem. You'll stay focused and keep your station clean
- Solid kitchen skills – knowledge of cooking methods, techniques, and food safety (Food Hygiene Level 2 is a must)
- Great time management – turning up on time is non-negotiable, and you'll keep your calm during hectic service
- A love for teamwork – we're looking for someone who enjoys working with others, brings energy to the kitchen, and can smile even during a busy shift
- Ambition & willingness to learn – we want chefs who love this trade and are always eager to gro
