At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Pastry Chef for their family Wedding Venue near Royston.
Due to location it is essential that you are a driver.
My client are an award winning wedding venue, with weddings booked for the next 3 years.  You will be cooking some of the finest patisserie and desserts in the area using state of the art equipment and ingredients grown in their on-site small holding.
My client reward quality and standards over GPs, meaning that every product leaves the kitchen in perfect condition and every guest is satisfied
You will be responsible with your team for the patisserie for all wedding guests for the breakfast, canapes and evening buffets, every day will be different, so a great opportunity to join If you like a varied day to day operation
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to train, coach, mentor and impart your skills and knowledge on the junior team.
The ideal candidate will come from a high standards pastry background and with knowledge and ability to cater to high volumes and standards
