Their goal? To grow to 1 million members and become the world's most-loved solution in their field.
This is a PE-backed, high-growth environment where your work directly shapes how fast — and how well — the business scales.
The Role
You'll be a hands-on Paid Media Executive helping scale user acquisition as part of a small, growing team. Day-to-day, you'll work alongside Paid Media Leads delivering at pace: setting up new campaigns, analysing performance, and implementing iterative optimisations that drive real impact.
This isn't a junior execution role — nor is it strategy-only. You'll have real ownership, visibility to business outcomes, and the chance to influence company direction through data, insight, and smart decision-making.
What You'll Do
Campaign Build & Optimisation
- Set up, QA, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and beyond
- Maintain strict naming conventions, UTMs, and tracking hygiene — because data quality powers good decisions
- Monitor daily pacing, surface risks and opportunities, propose reallocations by channel, campaign, or geo
- Conduct in-depth analysis combining multiple data sources (not just in-platform dashboards) to help the team make better strategic and tactical decisions
- Produce written performance snapshots with clear insight, analysis, and next steps
- Work closely with in-house Data teams to measure real business impact
- Understand that you're optimising for successful sits and long-term value — not vanity metrics
- Run A/B tests on copy, creative, audience, and bid strategies
- Maintain a test log with hypotheses, outcomes, and actions
- Value shipping fast over polishing endlessly — you optimise for learning and iteration
- Stay current on platform changes, policies, and tactics
- Suggest small pilots when a change is material to your strategy
- Ensure pixels, events, and conversions are firing correctly
- Keep UTMs consistent and dashboards aligned to a single source of truth
- Turn customer insight, search query data, and broader industry/competitor research into keyword themes, audience hypotheses, and creative testing opportunities
- Develop hypothesis-led creative briefs and manage a prioritised ideas backlog
- Collaborate hand-in-hand with creative teams to ideate, test, and iterate on concepts that drive performance
What We're Looking For

- You're confident with UTMs, pixels, events, and conversion tracking
- You have experience working with data and in-house Data teams
- You understand relevant analytical concepts and how we can (and can't) measure marketing impact
- You're enthusiastic about self-serving your own analytics and ideally have experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- You go beyond in-platform/GA data to find real insight
- You've written creative briefs before
- You've collaborated hand-in-hand with creative teams to ideate, test, and iterate on creative concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- You can translate complex concepts to non-experts
- You understand the level of detail/context required for different audiences
- You're able to contribute to C-suite level written analysis
- You're comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment that's constantly evolving
- You want to understand how and why things work (or why they don't)
- You value shipping fast over polishing endlessly, because you optimise for learning
- You're curious about how the business makes money and how you contribute to growing it
- You actively develop your skillset, stay up-to-date with trends, and operate at the forefront of your field
