Can you write like a killer brand story? Turn client briefs into compelling campaigns that journalists actually want to cover?

We've got an exciting opportunity for a PR and Content Manager to join my client's award-winning team at a dynamic integrated marketing agency in Norwich. If you've got plenty of agency experience, genuine PR credentials, and copywriting skills that truly inspire - this could be your next move.

About the role
You'll be at the heart of a fast-growing PR and content team, managing multiple B2B and B2C accounts with a dual focus on PR campaign strategy and content creation. This is hands-on work across the full spectrum: conceiving and pitching PR campaigns to clients, securing earned media coverage, developing brand voices, and creating content that educates, entertains, and converts.

Your days will span press releases, technical white papers, SEO blog posts, email newsletters, social media copy, video scripts, and everything in between. You'll work closely with clients to understand their stories, clarify their messaging, and deliver campaigns against tight deadlines. Building genuine relationships with clients, journalists, influencers, and partners across multiple sectors is essential - you'll need to be a true people person.

This role demands someone proactive, organised, and energised by variety. No two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to bring fresh strategic thinking to every account.

What they're looking for
  • Strong track record of agency-side PR and/or content experience (this is essential)
  • Proven, high-level editorial and copywriting skills that genuinely stand out
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage
  • Strong understanding of PR strategy and how content fits into the broader marketing landscape
  • B2B experience and comfort working on technical accounts is a real advantage
  • Solid grasp of SEO best practice and social media marketing
  • Excellent project management skills - track record of delivering campaign assets on time
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and report on campaign results
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to have
  • Experience across diverse brands and sectors
  • Understanding of video scripting or other multimedia content formats
  • Data analysis and reporting experience
Why join them?
My client is a 50-person integrated marketing agency built for the digital era. They're independently-owned, collaboratively-run, and genuinely proud of their creative culture. They deliver end-to-end solutions - brand development, digital marketing, design, advertising, and PR - all under one roof.

You'll join a team that values:
  • Flexible, hybrid working with beautiful offices in Norwich city centre (and they're relocating to a new riverside location soon)
  • Competitive salary, pension, and benefits that grow with you
  • 25 days holiday plus an extra day for your birthday
  • Genuine wellbeing focus - regular social events, yoga sessions, badminton, and a charity programme
  • Real career progression in a growing agency
  • A lively, friendly, collaborative working culture
The ideal candidate
You're a natural storyteller with genuine PR experience, not just content marketing. You understand media relations, can pitch a story convincingly, and have the track record to prove it. You're organised, proactive, and thrive managing multiple clients simultaneously. You communicate with clarity and style - whether to clients, journalists, or your team. You're curious about brand strategy, obsessed with getting results, and genuinely excited about the impact great PR and content can have.

If you've got the PR chops and the copywriting spark we're after, let's talk.
