If you are an experienced and passionate Customer Service/ operations professional - an exceptional opportunity exists with this world leading manufacturer.
As part of a loyal and experienced logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the right products arrive at their destination in-tact and on time - liaising with internal colleagues, external customers, carriers, and 3rd parties to ensure smooth processes. Ideally you will apply some knowledge of overland or ocean export documentation, but above all your dedication to customer service excellence, flexible, energetic and positive approach to multiple tasks will be key.
The role will be both varied and time critical. An ability to maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanour in all liaisons whilst working to deadlines is essential.
