The Company
Our client is a respected manufacturer within the health, nutrition, and wellness sector, providing a broad range of high-quality products and services to customers both in the UK and internationally. With extensive industry expertise, they are recognised for excellence in product development, regulatory knowledge, and customer service — delivering tailored solutions to meet each client’s needs.

As the business continues to grow, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Accounts Manager to enhance their customer service function and support the ongoing development of key client relationships.

The Role
The Customer Accounts Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position is focused on customer service and administrative support in the first year, with the potential to progress into a more strategic account management role as the business evolves.

This role suits someone who is naturally personable, supportive, and highly relationship-driven — someone who genuinely enjoys working closely with customers and contributing to the company’s long-term success. Attention to detail, commitment, and exceptional service delivery are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day account administration with accurate record keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth order processing, planning, and production.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and support monthly management review meetings.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute to wider business initiatives as needed.
  • Carry out additional duties as required by the Line Manager.
About You
  • Experience in a food-related or similar industry (nutrition, ingredients, supplements, or chemicals) is essential.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-focused, with solid administration experience.
  • Customer-centric, supportive, and professional in approach.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to grow into a more senior account management role.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Keen to build a long-term career within the organisation.
Why Apply?
  • Join a leading name in food and sports supplements with an excellent reputation.
  • Competitive salary (£30,000 – £35,000 DOE).
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.
  • Excellent long-term progression as the role expands.
  • Become part of a supportive, collaborative, and professional team.
