Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Production Administrator to keep their manufacturing process running seamlessly by overseeing essential paperwork, timelines, and cross-team communication.

The Senior Production Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production workflow. You will manage critical documentation, maintain accurate schedules, coordinate with multiple departments, and support the delivery of high-quality products.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep processes running efficiently day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Print emails and drawings for scheduling within the Design Team.
- Prepare and populate Final Inspection Certificates.
- Issue order paperwork to the shop floor and stores departments.
- Update order and call-off spreadsheets.
- Release and print product labels for required orders.
- Create and maintain job folders within the system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Manage and store Final Inspection Certificates.
- Update pallet and delivery schedules.
- Liaise effectively with the Contracts Team, Design Team, Production, and Logistics.
- Maintain and update the production schedule with accuracy, ensuring timely communication to relevant teams.
- Provide support and cover for the Production Coordinator and Planning Office Lead.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Experience in administration within a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong ability to follow established processes and procedures.
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to go above and beyond in supporting operations.
