We have an incredible opportunity to join the Customer Success team at a fantastic IT & Telecoms business based in Hertfordshire. Having experienced amazing levels of growth over the last 2 years, they are continuing to expand, and are now searching for a Key Account Manager to become the latest member of their talented team.

As a key part of the team, you’ll be delivering outstanding customer service to clients, as you act as the first point of contact for questions and queries. You’ll have to opportunity to work with some of the UK’s biggest companies, creating long lasting relationships and making sure that they have everything they need, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.

We’re ideally looking for someone with experience from a similar previous role, especially from the IT/Telecoms sectors, with skills in CRM software, and top level client service abilities.
