Caroline Deutsch

Regional DirectorSpecialising in Sales & Marketing

After a successful 20 year career in business, spanning recruitment, marketing, commerce and sales, Caroline decided the time was right in 2014 to set up a Select office in St Albans. Noted for always going the extra mile for candidates and clients alike, Caroline and her team have developed a wonderful reputation across St Albans, Harpenden, Hatfield, Welwyn, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Redbourn & Radlett. Specialising in Office Support, Marketing, Finance and Logistics, Caroline is a must have recruitment contact in Hertfordshire.

Caroline is a hugely positive person and is always full of energy probably because she does a lot of boxing, running and bootcamp in her free time! To properly relax though, she loves a good whodunit novel, an addictive box set or a good quiz show - ideally all with a Negroni in hand.
