My client is seeking a committed individual to work as Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef/and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day running of their busy college kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include supporting them in maintaining the highest possible standards of food and service, ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to at all times, and promoting a positive atmosphere within the catering team. Your creativity and passion for food will be central to this role as you work closely with the team to deliver stunning meals for a variety of events, from weddings to college feasts and special Fellows' dinners.
You will be entitled to the following benefits:
- A competitive salary of upto £31,000 per annum
- A generous bonus scheme, payable in two instalments after the satisfactory completion of the probationary period
