Location: UK Head Office
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum - Depending on experience
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
The Role:
We are seeking a confident and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our client's friendly UK Head Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in telesales, account management, or B2B customer interaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, following up on sales leads via phone and email, maintaining strong customer relationships, and re-engaging lapsed clients. Experience with marketing and SAP is preferred but not essential, as full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer accounts and maintain ongoing communication
- Follow up on sales leads via telephone and email
- Reconnect with lapsed clients and support marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the sales team to support business growth
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Experience dealing with B2B customers
- Telesales, account management, or marketing experience advantageous
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Core hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
