I am looking for a Deputy Hotel Manager, for my client a stunning boutique hotel & Restaurant just outside of Cambridge. You will come from a boutique 4star hotel background, and have a good understanding of fine dining, C&E catering, people management & Hotel management
Due to the nature of the role you will work a varied shift pattern and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate Guestline Rezlynx, however a knowledge of other hotel CRM systems will be considered
As Hotel Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the hotel manager, reception team, and F&B management to ensure excellent levels of service and standards at all times, using your knowledge of the industry to help with training, coaching & mentoring the team.
This is an amazing opportunity to work for a market leading company, with plans in place to double the size of the hotel and fully refurb the existing customer areas.
