We’re looking for someone with a good amount of operations management experience, ideally with a good technical, engineering understanding and commercial awareness. You’ll also have outstanding customer management skills and the drive to provide first class service. You will be involved in the general day to day operations of the business including visiting the customer sites to discuss their need, liaise with them to propose the options and quote, coordinate all the sub hire (manpower, tools, etc..) arranging all the logistics of getting in to/from site, overseeing all the crewing and the vehicles and managing the project from start to finish – no two projects are the same!
This role will be an integral part of the business and you’ll take on the responsibilities of managing the company’s daily workload, visiting clients and sites as a brand ambassador, and providing a helping hand with people management and development.
