As a Goods In Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of all incoming stock, from seasonal plants to premium garden furniture. You'll lead and motivate a dedicated warehouse team, overseeing the entire goods-in process with precision and efficiency. This role gives you the chance to use your organisational skills and attention to detail daily - managing deliveries, prioritising stock processing with department managers, handling returns and credits, and maintaining a clean, secure, and well-organised warehouse environment. You'll troubleshoot stock issues, implement solutions to prevent future errors, and uphold the highest health and safety standards while working closely with the wider management team to ensure seamless operational flow across the centre.
