Her extensive background as a Supply Chain and Operations specialist, working with some of the UK's largest manufacturers, facilities management, and logistics organisations, has equipped her with invaluable insights into what makes exceptional recruiters succeed.
Having spent nearly eight years with Select, Helen understands first-hand the impact great recruiters can have on people's lives, often providing crucial support during pivotal career moments. This passion drives her approach to learning and development, where she combines her deep industry knowledge with a genuine commitment to helping both new starters and experienced consultants reach their full potential. Outside of work, Helen enjoys walking her dog through the woods, browsing recipe books for culinary inspiration (if not always the actual cooking!), delving into true crime podcasts, and savouring the occasional peaty single malt whisky.
