My client, a renowned Anglo/French restaurant, just outside of NEWMARKET, is seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to lead their culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will have the autonomy to craft a menu that showcases your culinary expertise while maintaining the high standards set by the restaurant. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring due diligence in food preparation, implementing efficient stock control and costing procedures, and consistently delivering outstanding dishes.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative menus with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Your creativity and culinary skills will be highly valued as you curate a menu that reflects the restaurant's vision and delights guests with extraordinary flavors. You will conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory levels, and implement cost-effective measures to optimise kitchen operations.
