My client, a small family-run business, is seeking a talented head chef to join their team and oversee the running of their award-winning Country Pub & hotel near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. As the head chef, you will have full autonomy in creating menus and bringing your food ideas to life. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the kitchen as you mentor and develop your team, working closely with your senior kitchen staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience that caters to a diverse range of clientele and cuisines. In addition, you will play a vital role in the expansion plans of the business, allowing you an opportunity to show your entrepreneurial skills
