If you are looking to work for one of the most talked about family run businesses in the area working closely with the owners & directors, serving some of the best local produce, gins, wines and beers then this is the role for you
As General Manager you will live and breath customer service, have a great attention to detail, and a never say no attitude. The multi award winning restaurant has doubled trade since 2020, focusing on traditional English quality dishes with a twist.
You will come from a fresh food background, and will be able to use your experience and knowledge to drive the business forward. The owners of this business will fully back you both financially & in terms of marketing support and team training to ensure you are able to get the best results for the business
Due to the nature of the business it is essential that you are happy working evenings, weekends and bank holidays to ensure the business is run correctly
As well as a great salary of up to £40,000, this role offers great tips and industry leading bonus, uncapped profit related bonus as well as great benefits and perks platform and pension & the added benefit of being closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day
