As Food Hall Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of a dynamic food retail operation that celebrates local producers and exceptional quality. This role gives you the chance to lead and inspire your team across fresh, ambient, and local food ranges, driving commercial performance whilst creating an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with the Food Hall Buying Team to plan engaging promotions and seasonal displays, using your retail expertise to maximise sales and profitability.

This Food Hall Manager position would suit an experienced retail leader with a passion for quality food and a strong commercial mindset, ideally coming from a food, grocery, or hospitality environment. You'll bring proven people management skills and the ability to motivate teams to achieve targets, along with knowledge of food safety legislation and an eye for exceptional visual merchandising.
