In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships within the Service sector of the business, presenting a professional image, and offering service solutions to customers. You will also frequently liaise with the manufacturer, ensuring that the customer receives a World Class customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent, and experience in the construction, HGV, or agriculture heavy plant machinery sectors, including servicing and maintenance. Experience on hydraulic systems, open and closed loop, axles, transmissions manual and power shift, cam-bus electrical.
