CNC Turner
Thetford
£13 – £17 per hour (DOE)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Our client, an expanding manufacturing company in Thetford, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role operating CNC machinery across metals and plastics. HAAS experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production schedules.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor machines during production to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Work with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
