My client, based in Cambridge, is looking for an experienced chef with a Contract Catering Background, someone who takes a great passion in inspiring, leading and developing a team and a culinary offer. You will have a great understanding of the current market trends, both local and worldwide and how to stay ahead offering your customers the best possible food experience. You will be able to demonstrate fantastic craft skills, and show how you can progress a team and the offer.
You will be managing a team creating superb fresh food covering 3 sites in central Cambridge
My client is looking for a dynamic and standards led Chef to work alongside a team of chefs ensuring the best standards of food & service. The Executive Chef will have a good understanding of P&L’s rota costing & planning, team training and development, menu planning, costing and implementation.
As well as a brilliant salary of up to £45000 dependant on skills, abilities and experience, this role has the advantage of day time hours.
