Chef de Partie, Bury St Edmunds, £25000-£26000 plus Tips, 4 day working week, 2 weekends off in 5

I am looking for a chef de partie to join my client in the heart of Bury St Edmunds

This is a great opportunity for a Chef de partie, or a demi chef de partie looking to grow and develop. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an award-winning chef cooking a range of British classics at 1 AA Rosette Level.
The business has recently undergone a revamp and the addition of a passionate award winning head chef. You will be using fresh local ingredients as well as state of the art kitchen equipment & have an opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that all customer requirements are met

The business currently has 1 AA Rosette but they have aspirations to achieve 2 & 3 in the near future, and as the Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start with product and menu direction.
