At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commis Chef for a beautiful family run Mediterranean style village pub.
I am looking for a passionate chef, someone who wants to learn from some of the best in the area, cooking with the best ingredients.
The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work across all sections in the kitchen gaining a varied and broad experience in all areas, covering lunch, dinner service and private events.
The client is one who really invest time and effort in their team and recognise and reward those who go the extra mile, so this is perfect for someone new to the industry who wants to learn and develop
The ideal candidate will ideally have some background or an understanding of Greek or Mediterranean food, however your willingness to learn is the most important thing
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings
