You’ll be working within a small team of six professionals to ensure all work is completed to the high standard that our client has come to be known for. You’ll ensure the safety of your team by ensuring all standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained so that everyone can work to the best of their abilities. You’ll be the first line in handling issues if there are any, moving swiftly to resolve problems with both the equipment and your team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Be confident in your ability to work to technical engineering drawings with full knowledge of the information given on them.
- Deploy your technical knowledge to ensure you and your team work to a high standard of efficiency.
- Have an eye for continuous development of yourself and your team, ensuring you always look to improve the machine shop.

You’ll be paid £25,000p.a. with a competitive package of bonuses, shift allowance and perks.
