At Select Hospitality, we are currently recruiting on behalf of a stunning rosette awarded boutique hotel, restaurant & wedding venue near Northampton for a Chef De Partie.  Temporary accommodation can be available. 

My client is a family run hotel & restaurant with customer service, food and drink at the heart of everything they do.   They specialise in being both a spa & hotel venue and a restaurant attracting guests from far and wide, as well as an award winning wedding venue, their menus focus on local seasonal food alongside a great farm to fork ethos.

I am looking for a passionate, individual with experience working in high quality premium food led businesses.

You will get the opportunity to work under an award winning Head Chef, working across all areas of the kitchen, including larder, sauce and grill.  You will gain a varied and broad experience in all areas, including breakfast, brunch, lunch and patisserie.  You will ideally have experience in both premium dining and banqueting.
