At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie
The client is a destination restaurant just outside Cambridge with a great following, serving traditional English dishes using all fresh local produce.
As CDP you will have the opportunity to work with 2 award winning chefs as well as the group exec chef allowing you to train and develop as you work. The company have an industry leading training programme and will try to promote from within at all opportunities.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
The business is very popular with locals, regulars and destination customers, as well as business guests.
