As a Chef de Partie you will be supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and involving yourself in every aspect of preparing first rate food for bespoke events such as weddings and private dinners. You will be taking initiative in this role and constantly looking to improve your culinary skills using only the freshest ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
To succeed in this job you should be:
- Genuinely passionate about cooking and food preparation
- A good leader, able to lead a team and manage a section of the Kitchen
- Familiar with operating in a fast paced kitchen environment.
