​Orsi began her recruitment career with Select Appointments over 7 years ago, having spent 13 years in the service led industry of hospitality. Orsi took the transition in her stride, with a passion for always providing a first-class quality service to customers and a clear understanding of what is needed to build successful teams. As the Manager of the Cambridge Office, she has developed a strong team of recruiters and focuses on recruiting for temporary chef roles.

Not only does Orsi work with Chefs all day, she is also married to one! Together, they have an adorable little boy and they all share a passion for food, trying out new restaurants and markets wherever they go.
