The Role:
- Overall management of the Café, including the kitchen and hospitality sectors.
- Upholding top-tier standards by ensuring cleanliness, food service guidelines, and hospitality are top-notch.
- Overseeing team schedules to ensure optimal customer service while staying within budget constraints.
- Engage in active feedback collection from patrons, ensuring their concerns and commendations are promptly relayed to the Operations Manager.
- Embrace commercial responsibilities: handle bookwork, meet sales and gross profit targets, and take charge of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, hosting focus groups to keep the services in check.
- Innovate with special promotions and events to heighten customer engagement and spend.
- Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
