As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager & owners to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 12 Front of House Staff catering to over 1200 covers a week.
You will come from a sales and customer focused background, where you can use your skills and experience to maximise the enjoyment and experience of the customer.
