Shift & Pay Rate:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • £12.21 per hour
Our client, a respected manufacturer based in Mildenhall, is expanding its workforce and is seeking Assemblers to support ongoing production requirements. This temp to perm role offers long-term stability within a structured and supportive working environment, with positions available to start in January.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assembling components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
  • Working from basic drawings, instructions, and job specifications
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet required standards
  • Preparing parts for the next stage of production
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Supporting the wider production team as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
  • Capable to manually lift heavy items
