Not just any Administrative role!  If you are looking for a flexible, hybrid role allowing you to work part office, part from home, a busy varied role that will be direct support to both Sales and Operations, more importantly, a role in which you can evolve with your capabilities alongside the growth of the business, then look no further….
Due to continued success and expansion, your business support experience is needed to join this grounds maintenance company just outside of Diss.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
  • Administration duties relating to sales in direct support to the BDM (quotes, info gathering, sending out service information, contract renewals)
  • Operational support to the Ops team
  • Coordinating workers in the field
  • Problem solving and dealing with last minute changes to schedules
Ideally you will have a strong administrative background (Operations support background would also be advantageous), be a confident communicator, be detail orientated and able to logically think deal with issues and provide effective solutions.
