Our client, a respected women's support organisation, is seeking an exceptional practitioner to join their innovative housing support program. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable women while working within a collaborative, values-driven team.

The Role:
  • Provide intensive, gender and trauma-informed support to women in accommodation
  • Case management approach with flexible support hours (2-8 hours per client per week)
  • Coordinate multi-agency partnerships using "Team Around Me" methodology
  • Deliver harm-reduction interventions and empowerment-focused support
  • Champion women's rights to safe, stable housing
  • Build evidence base and contribute to strategic development
What My Client is Looking For:
  • Experience supporting vulnerable women experiencing multiple disadvantage
  • Deep understanding of trauma-informed and gender-informed approaches
  • Case management and advocacy experience
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices, particularly around exploitation
  • Strong partnership working and multi-agency coordination skills
  • Flexible, outreach-based working style
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
About You:
  • Resilient, empathetic professional with non-judgemental approach
  • Understanding of intersectional disadvantage and systemic barriers
  • Commitment to women-centred, empowerment-based practice
  • Administrative capabilities including data collection and report writing
  • Full clean UK driving licence
