Warehouse Manager, Cambridge Retail Business, up to £42,000
This Warehouse Manager opportunity has been created through internal growth and offers far more than day-to-day supervision. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead from the front, managing a small, motivated team of five, and actively taking part in daily warehouse activities. As Warehouse Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth running of the main warehouse and several smaller storage units, overseeing stock flow, logistics and home delivery operations end to end. You will lead by example, motivating a small team while remaining hands-on with operational tasks, and work closely with senior leadership to influence and improve how the warehouse operates.
