You’ll be able to make an immediate impact on this role with the right attitude and an ability to speak to anyone. You won’t need any recruitment experience, we will be providing you with full training to make sure you feel confident. You’ll be the face of our business, answering the phone and speaking to any walk-ins to our central Cambridge office. Any experience from retail or hospitality sectors will put you at a huge advantage to get this role as your people skills will shine through. We’ll be helping you improve your administrative skills, such as you’ll learn how to use a CRM which will allow you to grow your career with an amazing job and company on your CV.
