This varied role supports the full student lifecycle, from applications through to completion, coordinating key administrative processes and working closely with academic staff, professional services colleagues, and students. Key Responsibilities

Coordinating administrative processes for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes

Supporting teaching activities including timetabling and assessment arrangements

Maintaining accurate student records and programme documentation
-
Supporting committees, including preparing agendas, minutes and reports

Monitoring budgets and supporting financial processes related to teaching activities
-
Acting as a key point of contact for students and staff
About You
You will be an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ideally, you will have:

Experience in higher education administration, particularly undergraduate programmes

Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience maintaining records and coordinating processes

Experience with student systems or financial processes would be advantageous
