You will be working with a business who offer specialised engineering services, providing a wide range of engineering components, technical services and customised solutions across all areas of industry.
Various products range from maintenance, repair and replacement through to specialist engineering.
As a Technical Support trainee, you will answer and process queries relating to technical specifications both internally and to the customer base. It would be beneficial to have some experience of dealing with customers, providing technical expertise but not essential as full training will be provided
You will be someone who isn't afraid of getting stuck in and learning the processes this company have to teach
Skills:
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Confidence and ability to connect with your customer
• IT Proficient
• Willingness to learn
• Existing knowledge of technical engineering equipment would be beneficial, but full product training will be given.
